Before participating in a Gulfcoast auction, please review and complete the bidder agreement. Absentee bidders must have their completed bidder contract received and acknowledged by Gulfcoast staff before absentee bids are considered valid.

The Auction Bidder Contract outlines important terms and conditions associated with registering and participating in a Gulfcoast auction. Please review the agreement carefully before placing any bids.

1. Review the Contract

Read the current Gulfcoast Auction Bidder Contract and applicable auction terms before participating.

2. Sign & Return It

Return the completed agreement by email, fax or in person at the Gulfcoast auction gallery.

3. Receive Staff Acknowledgment

Your bidder contract must be received and acknowledged by Gulfcoast staff before absentee bids are valid and guaranteed to be accepted.
