At Gulf Coast Coin & Jewelry, we want every bidder to understand how their purchases will be paid for, packed, shipped or collected.
Some items can be shipped directly by our auction house, while larger or fragile purchases require professional third-party packing and shipping.
If your auction invoice does not include shipping charges, you must arrange shipping through a third-party provider.
Please obtain shipping quotes before bidding, especially for large, heavy, fragile or oversized items.
We generally ship smaller, non-fragile items ourselves to addresses in the United States and Canada, unless otherwise indicated on the invoice.
Large, fragile, breakable or otherwise unsuitable items require professional packing and shipping by an outside provider. Buyers are responsible for arranging these services.
Buyers may collect their purchases at the location where the auction was held at no additional pickup charge. Advance notice is required.
Gulf Coast Coin & Jewelry generally handles shipping for eligible non-fragile auction purchases.

Eligible purchases are generally mailed within 3 business days after cleared payment is received.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Multiple purchases may be combined into one shipment when practical and appropriate.
No items will be released for shipment until payment has cleared.
Gulf Coast Coin & Jewelry does not provide in-house packing or shipping for large, fragile or breakable items.
These purchases must be handled by an independent professional shipper. Buyers may select any shipping provider of their choice.
We recommend contacting a shipper before placing a bid to obtain an estimate for packing, transportation and delivery.
